By using ADK Intel ("we", "us", the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose

This platform is intended for organizational, educational, and informational purposes only. The Platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, title, insurance, environmental, appraisal, brokerage, or financial advice.

2. No Professional Relationship

Use of this platform does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, brokerage, fiduciary, or advisory relationship of any kind.

3. Independent Verification

All calculations, projections, estimates, AI-generated outputs, pricing strategies, risk assessments, and recommendations should be independently verified with the appropriate licensed professionals. School districts, flood zones, wetlands, zoning, permits, restrictions, taxes, commissions, closing costs, and legal requirements vary by location and should be independently verified.

4. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by the user before use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI output before relying on or distributing it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADK Intel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • your reliance on any calculation, projection, estimate, or recommendation produced by the Platform;
  • errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated output;
  • third-party data sources, services, or integrations used in connection with the Platform;
  • any export, PDF, presentation, or document generated by the Platform;
  • system downtime, service interruption, data loss, or unavailability;
  • business, financial, legal, or real estate decisions made using the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent its security, or use it in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate text, summaries, scores, reports, presentations, marketing copy, financial estimates, and other outputs. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, omissions, outdated information, hallucinations, or material inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying every AI-generated output before relying on it, presenting it to a client, distributing it, or using it in any business, financial, legal, or real estate context. Do not present AI-generated content to clients as authoritative without independent verification.

9. No Guaranteed Results

The Platform does not guarantee any business outcome, including but not limited to: winning listings, closing transactions, sale price, days on market, lead generation, client retention, marketing performance, investment returns, equity growth, rental income, refinance approval, or any specific financial result. All projections, estimates, scores, and recommendations are software-generated based on user-provided inputs and assumptions, and actual results will vary. Past performance, demonstrations, and example outputs are not indicative of future results.

10. User Verification Requirement

You are required to independently verify all data, calculations, market information, comparable sales, tax estimates, closing costs, commission figures, mortgage assumptions, equity calculations, and any other information generated, displayed, or estimated by the Platform. You must consult qualified licensed professionals (including but not limited to attorneys, CPAs, tax advisors, mortgage professionals, appraisers, insurance agents, title companies, and your broker of record) before making or advising on any financial, legal, tax, lending, insurance, or real estate decision.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of New York unless otherwise agreed in writing. You and ADK Intel each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This Section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
